California Dept. of Love | Sacramento State Worker Tees and Hoodies

The California Dept. of Love is an agency that does not exist, headquartered in Sacramento anyway. Leading with heart since 2020.

We make tees, hoodies, totes, mugs and glassware for people who actually live here. The Capitol dome. The Midtown grid. The four day return to office order, and the one day a week you still get to keep.

Everything is printed to order in the United States, mostly on Comfort Colors 1717 tees and Cotton Heritage hoodies, so a shirt exists because somebody asked for it rather than because a warehouse guessed.

The catalog runs in three directions. Sacramento pieces carry the city itself, the Capitol dome and the Midtown wordmark. State worker pieces are for the people in the buildings around it, and they are on the workers' side, not the memo's. Department pieces carry the house mark, a collegiate crest for a bureau of love.
